KEYSTONE, S.D.: Transition to fall hours of operation will begin at Mount Rushmore National Memorial Sunday August 11.
Operational hours throughout the park will change. Beginning August 11 the evening program will start an hour earlier at 8:00 p.m. with the final program for the season on September 30. The historic Sculptor's Studio will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from August 11 - 17. Beginning August 18 the studio will be open until 5:00 p.m.
Xanterra Travel Collection operations will be open until 8:00 p.m. at the Carvers' Cafe; 8:00 p.m. at the Memorial Ice Cream Shop and 9:30 p.m. at the Gift Shop.
