The following press release was published by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service on April 15, 2020. It is reproduced in full below.

KINDERHOOK, NEW YORK - National Park Week is going virtual at Martin Van Buren National Historic Site! Join us for a variety of special programs and activities from Saturday, April 18 through Sunday, April 26.

In addition to highlighting some of our favorite partners and programs, we will be posting activities your whole family can do from home throughout the week. We will also be chatting with park rangers across the service about their parks’ stories during our Coffee with a Ranger Facebook series. Virtual visitors will have the opportunity to ask their own questions and post their own experiences on twitter and Instagram.
