Information Sought: Theft of Government Property

The following press release was published by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service on May 27, 2020. It is reproduced in full below.

Hancock, Md. - National Park Rangers at the C&O Canal National Historical Park are seeking information regarding the theft of government property from 1609 Pearre Road, Hancock, Maryland. Sometime between May 5 and May 14, 2020, twelve sections of 6’x 10’ and five sections of 4’ by 4’ portable metal fences were stolen from park property.
