Updated National Labor Relations Act Poster

Updated National Labor Relations Act Poster

The following press release was published by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service on July 7. It is reproduced in full below.

The Department of Labor recently updated its poster which is available for downloading and printing. Some of the statutes and regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) require that notices be provided to employees and/or posted in the workplace. The Department of Labor has an online elaws Poster Advisor that can be used by NPS concessioners, Commercial Use authorization holders and lease holders to determine which poster(s) they are required to display at their place(s) of business. Posters, available in English and other languages, may be downloaded free of charge and printed directly from the Advisor. If a business already knows which poster(s) they are required to display they can also access them directly from the DOL Workplace Posters web site.
