Census Bureau to Announce Findings for 2015 Income, Poverty and Health Insurance Coverage and Supplemental Poverty Measure

What:

The U.S. Census Bureau will hold an online news conference to announce the findings from three reports: Income and Poverty in the United States: 2015, Health Insurance Coverage in the United States: 2015, and The Supplemental Poverty Measure: 2015.

The income and poverty report provides national-level statistics from the Current Population Survey Annual Social and Economic Supplement. The supplemental poverty measure report contains both national and state-level findings from the Current Population Survey. The health insurance report presents both Current Population Survey and American Community Survey statistics and contains national and some state-level findings.

The presenters and other subject-matter experts will take questions from the media following the completion of the presentation.
