On Jan. 31, 2019, the U.S. Department of Agriculture also announced the availability of credit guarantees under the Facility Guarantee Program (FGP) for fiscal year 2019. The FGP provides credit guarantees to facilitate the financing of manufactured goods and U.S. services to improve or establish agriculture-related facilities in emerging markets.
