Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke yesterday with South African Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Naledi Pandor ahead of the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit. The Secretary and Minister Pandor discussed Minister Pandor’s participation in the Summit and the robust U.S.-South Africa bilateral relationship.
