Neal Statement on the Second Gentleman’s Antisemitism Roundtable

WASHINGTON, DC- Ways and Means Committee Chairman Richard E. Neal (D-MA) released the following statement commending Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff for convening Jewish leaders to discuss the rise of antisemitism in our country:

“We know how powerful words are, and there’s no bothsidesing when it comes to antisemitism. With the holiday season upon us, people of all faiths must stand in solidarity and agree that we will not normalize let alone tolerate hate. I commend Second Gentlemen Emhoff for always leading with moral clarity, and for the Biden Administration in continuing to bolster the United States’ efforts to fight all forms of antisemitism, bigotry, and hate."
