NOAA Fisheries has finalized the Atlantic deep-sea red crab quota for the 2023 fishing year.
The quota for 2023 is 2,000 metric tons, which is the same quota that was approved for the 2020, 2021, and 2022 fishing years.
This bulletin serves as a Small Entity Compliance Guide, complying with section 212 of the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996.
