The grant could provide up to $500,000.
This will be a single-stage competitive process. Interested applicants will submit a full proposal in adherence to the guidelines in the Notice of Funding Opportunity. Proposals will be thoroughly evaluated and scored by a merit review panel. Proposal review will consider the proposal's alignment with program objectives as well as the applicant's capacity to deliver results on the proposed objectives.
