The single subject of this legislation is:

The Resolution of Disapproval would prevent the rule submitted by the Department of Homeland Security relating to

``Public Charge Ground of Inadmissibility'' (87 Fed. Reg. 5547; published September 9, 2022), from having any force or effect.
