Summary:USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) announces that it is holding a meeting of the National Wildlife Services Advisory Committee on September 18-19, 2019, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. each day. Attendees should arrive at the Jamie L. Whitten Building, 1400 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC, 20250, between 7:30 and 8 a.m. The meeting will begin promptly at 8 a.m. The Committee advises the Secretary of Agriculture about policies, program issues, and research needed to conduct APHIS’ Wildlife Services (WS) program. The Committee also serves as a public forum that gives those affected by WS to have a voice in the program’s policies.
