Summary:APHIS plans to concur with the OIE’s BSE risk designation for two countries. The OIE currently recognizes Ecuador as controlled risk and Serbia as negligible risk. APHIS reviewed the supporting information provided to OIE. APHIS will consider public comments for 60 days before announcing a final determination.
