USDA Reminds Stakeholders to Submit PPA-7721 Suggestions by July 23, 2021

The open period to submit suggestions for fiscal year (FY) 2022 Plant Protection Act Section 7721 (PPA 7721) Plant Pest and Disease Management and Disaster Prevention Program (PPDMDPP) funding closes on July 23, 2021, at midnight Hawaii Standard Time. Through the PPDMDPP, APHIS provides funding to strengthen and safeguard the nation’s agricultural infrastructure. Visit www.aphis.usda.gov/ppa-projects to get resources and guidance for potential cooperators, including the FY 2022 Implementation Plan, templates, help session webinar recording, frequently asked questions and more. Also, the open period to apply for National Clean Plant Network (NCPN) program funding will close next month on Aug. 27, 2021. USDA encourages stakeholders interested in learning more about the NCPN program to visit our website.
