APHIS Accepts Online Applications for Animal Welfare Act Licenses and Registrations

This week, USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) began accepting online applications for licenses and registrations under the Animal Welfare Act. Individuals and businesses can now submit applications from the APHIS website.In response to customer feedback, the online submission option offers the following convenient features:This release is part of APHIS’ commitment to improve customer experience by reducing regulatory burden and offering intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
