The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Biotechnology Regulatory Services (BRS) is announcing the newly updated BRS permit application is available on APHIS eFile. The improved permit application is a simple and easy way to apply for BRS importation, interstate movement, and environmental release permits. To assist applicants with the updates, training sessions are available. Learn how to start saving time submitting applications and managing BRS permits.
