CEO of Globant: '...being named a leader reflects Globant's comprehensive AI journey and our commitment to offering value-driven services'

Responding to Globant being named a leader in a 2023 AI vendor assessment by IDC MarketScape, Globant CEO Martín Migoya expressed confidence in his company's AI capabilities and said he expects further growth in the future.

"We believe being named a leader reflects Globant's comprehensive AI journey and our commitment to offering value-driven services to each of our clients," Migoya said in a company press release. "We've been harnessing the power of AI for the past eight years by creating best-in-class solutions as well as developing different products that are now witnessing exponential growth. We will continue to scale up our artificial and human intelligence power by developing talent, knowledge, offerings, and products."

The Globant press release quoted IDC as saying, "According to customers, Globant's strengths are the company's ability to provide resources with appropriate and quality technical skills, integrate Globant's project team with their internal team, provide solutions using their preferred AI technology providers, and deliver AI center-of-excellence services. IDC considers Globant's strategies around portfolio, sales enablement, marketing, and growth as key strengths."

IDC MarketScape is a vendor assessment model that offers an overview of the competitiveness of suppliers in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, the press release said. Its research methodology employs both qualitative and quantitative criteria to create an illustration of a vendor's standing in a given market. The model provides a framework for comparing product and service offerings, strategies and capabilities, as well as market success factors of IT and telecom vendors. It provides a comprehensive evaluation of strengths and weaknesses, serving as a vital tool for technology buyers, the Globant press release said.

Globant said companies all over the world are increasingly recognizing AI's capacity to deliver fresh user experiences, new revenue opportunities, and large-scale improvements to business operations. Globant said it has developed and honed a variety of AI-centric platforms and products. The release also said Globant has established a comprehensive program offering a wide-ranging view of industry best practices in AI, a project Globant calls "MINDS." Globant has been previously recognized in IDC MarketScape assessments, the press release said.
