Additionally, Secretary Blinken expressed gratitude towards Minister Mondino for Argentina’s commitment to join the Minerals Security Partnership Forum.
In order to further strengthen their partnership, Secretary Blinken and Foreign Minister Mondino signed a Framework of Understanding that reestablishes a bilateral High-Level Dialogue.
