The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will conduct an informal hearing on the proposed amendments to the Energy and Water Use Labeling for Consumer Products Under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, commonly referred to as the "Energy Labeling Rule." The hearing is scheduled to take place virtually on September 19, 2024.

During this session, oral and documentary submissions from Dyson, Inc. will be considered. The event will be open to the public and streamed live on FTC.gov.
