Arlington, Va. – The Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), the leading voice for the American aerospace and defense industry, announced that Logan Sobonya has joined as Senior Director of Corporate Events.

“Logan is an amazing new addition to our team,” said Eric Fanning, AIA’s President and CEO. “Bringing on someone as experienced, creative, and talented as she is to serve as Senior Director of Corporate Events will drive the Aerospace Industries Association’s initiatives – and advocacy – to new heights.”

Logan Sobonya joins AIA from CBRE, bringing extensive event management expertise with a proven ability to transform strategies into dynamic plans and oversee all event aspects. Previously, Logan served as Director of Global Events at Gartner, where she led a team in designing and delivering client engagement through in-person event formats. Logan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Elon University, with a minor in Business Administration.
