The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced the recipients of the 2024 Indoor AirPlus Leader Awards, honoring nine home builders and three home raters for their contributions to healthier indoor air quality. These awards recognize organizations that have excelled in promoting safer and more comfortable indoor environments through the Indoor AirPlus program.

In a notable highlight, two partners were selected for the Leader of the Year Award: Providence Homes in the builder category and Integral Building + Design in the rater category. Their commitment to healthier communities and indoor environments is a model of excellence in the high-performance home industry."

Providence Homes received its first Indoor AirPlus Leader of the Year Award after winning its third consecutive IAP Leader Award. The company was recognized for its innovative homeowner education videos and extensive advertising efforts featuring Indoor AirPlus. Meanwhile, Integral Building + Design verified 82 affordable housing units with Indoor AirPlus certification and conducted research on indoor air monitoring.
