The U.S. Department of State has announced that Abby Finkenauer, the Special Envoy for Global Youth Issues, will visit London, United Kingdom from December 10-11, 2024. The purpose of the trip is to foster connections with youth leaders and emphasize the significance of civic engagement.
While in London, Finkenauer is scheduled to meet with Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York. She will also engage with members of the Duchess’ youth council. In addition to these meetings, Finkenauer plans to connect with young politicians and leaders involved in programs such as Fulbright and the International Visitor Leadership Program.
