The U.S. Marshals Service has apprehended Dionzai Parker, also known as "Moneybag Jefe," on charges including conspiracy and first-degree murder while armed for the killing of Brice Djembissi on February 25, 2023. This arrest follows a bench warrant issued after a grand jury returned a third superseding indictment against Parker, as announced by U.S. Attorney Matthew M. Graves.
Four other individuals—Derrico Johnson, Ronald Henderson, Daveon Robinson, and Demarco Robinson—have previously been arraigned in connection with three murders and a non-fatal drive-by shooting at Alabama Convenience Store that injured two bystanders. These incidents include the April 12, 2022 murder of Clayton Marshall, the May 26, 2022 murder of Justin Johnson, and the February 25, 2023 murder of Brice Djembissi.
The indictment includes various charges against each defendant: Derrico Johnson faces two counts of first-degree murder while armed and three counts of assault with intent to kill; Ronald Henderson is charged with one count of first-degree murder while armed and four counts of assault with intent to kill; Daveon Robinson faces two counts of assault with intent to kill; Dionzai Parker is charged with one count of first-degree murder while armed and two counts of assault with intent to kill.
According to the indictment, these defendants are part of "Get Back Gang," linked to violence in Washington D.C., particularly associated with the Henson Ridge neighborhood known as "the Z" and connected to "Fox 5 Gang."
The case is being investigated by several agencies including the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). Assistant U.S. Attorney Ryan Sellinger is prosecuting the case.
