Timothy Robert Wilson, a 38-year-old resident of Clarksburg, West Virginia, has been sentenced to 92 months in federal prison for distributing five grams or more of methamphetamine. This sentence was handed down in Clarksburg.
Court documents and statements revealed that Wilson was involved in selling methamphetamine within the Clarksburg area. His criminal history includes prior convictions for drug trafficking, battery, and domestic battery.
After completing his prison term, Wilson will be subjected to four years of supervised release.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon Flower. The investigation was conducted by the Greater Harrison Drug Task Force, which is funded by HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas).
Chief U.S. District Court Judge Thomas S. Kleeh presided over the proceedings.
