Robinson-Brown is facing a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison. The final decision will be made by a federal district court judge who will consider the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other legal factors.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Zelda Wesley on behalf of the government. The investigation was conducted by the Mon Metro Drug Task Force, which is funded through HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas).
