National Farmers Union (NFU) President Rob Larew has expressed his support following the election of Representative Angie Craig as the ranking member of the House Agriculture Committee. In a statement, Larew highlighted Craig's understanding of agriculture and her commitment to rural America.
"On behalf of NFU, I congratulate Representative Angie Craig on her election as the ranking member of the House Agriculture Committee," Larew stated. He noted her ability to work across party lines and described her as a strong advocate for family farmers and ranchers.
Larew also mentioned that NFU is eager to work with Rep. Craig on addressing challenges in agriculture, particularly focusing on passing a renewed five-year Farm Bill in the upcoming Congress.
