Netflix to release Avicii documentary and last concert on December 31

Netflix has released the official trailer for "Avicii - I’m Tim," a documentary that explores the life and legacy of Tim Bergling, known as Avicii. The film includes never-before-seen footage and interviews, with Bergling narrating his own story.

Alongside the documentary, Netflix will also premiere Avicii’s final performance from Ibiza's Ushuaïa, allowing fans to experience his last show once more.

Both "Avicii - I’m Tim" and "Avicii - My Last Show" will be available globally on Netflix starting December 31, 2024.

The documentary chronicles the unexpected journey of Tim Bergling, from his birth in Stockholm in 1989 to his untimely death in Oman in 2018. It features unique home movies and private archives that reveal insights into Bergling's life. The film offers perspectives from those closest to him, including family and friends, presenting a personal look at the man behind Avicii.

Directed by Henrik Burman and produced by Björn Tjärnberg under Candamo Film, "Avicii - I’m Tim" runs for 95 minutes while "Avicii - My Last Show" has a runtime of 30 minutes.
