Deputy Secretary of State Kurt Campbell is set to meet with the Republic of Korea's First Vice Foreign Minister Kim Hong Kyun at the Department of State on December 23. Before their meeting, both officials will address the press at 2 p.m.
Media representatives interested in attending are required to register by contacting EAP-Press@state.gov. The remarks will be open to the press, with access available from 1:45 p.m. through the C Street entrance. Video cameras should be preset by 1:30 p.m., while writers and still photographers have a final call time of 1:45 p.m.
Journalists must present one of several forms of identification to attend, including a U.S. Government-issued photo media credential, an official photo ID from their news organization, or a letter from their employer verifying their status as a journalist. Additionally, an official government photo ID such as a U.S. driver's license or passport is required.
