Alon Alexander, Oren Alexander, and Tal Alexander have been charged with sex trafficking offenses in a three-count indictment announced by Damian Williams, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. The charges were made public alongside statements from James E. Dennehy, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI's New York Office, and Jessica S. Tisch, Commissioner of the NYPD.

The indictment accuses the Alexander brothers of engaging in a decade-long scheme involving sexual assault and rape of numerous women. The brothers were arrested in Florida and will face federal court proceedings in Miami before U.S. District Judge Valerie E. Caproni.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams stated: “As alleged in the Indictment, for more than a decade, the Alexander Brothers, alone and together, repeatedly and violently sexually assaulted and raped dozens of female victims.” He urged any additional victims to come forward as the investigation continues.

FBI Assistant Director James E. Dennehy commented on the case: “The Alexander brothers allegedly conspired using their wealth and status to prey on innocent women... Predators forcefully coercing victims into sexual acts cannot and will not be tolerated.”

NYPD Commissioner Jessica S. Tisch highlighted the severity of the charges: “The charges outlined in this indictment reflect some of the most heinous and dehumanizing crimes of sexual exploitation that our NYPD detectives investigate.”

According to legal documents, from 2010 to 2021, Alon, Oren, and Tal Alexander used deception to lure women under false pretenses before drugging them at events facilitated through their social connections as luxury real estate agents.

The indictment describes how drugs like cocaine and GHB were used without consent during these encounters to incapacitate victims physically and mentally.

The brothers face serious legal consequences if convicted; each is charged with one count related to sex trafficking conspiracy with potential life sentences upon conviction. Tal Alexander faces an additional charge which carries similar penalties.

This case benefits from joint efforts by various law enforcement agencies including FBI-NYPD Child Exploitation Task Force among others praised by Mr. Williams for their investigative work.
