In light of the significant wildfires in Los Angeles, the Vice President has decided to cancel her planned trip to Singapore, Bahrain, and Germany. This decision also affects the Second Gentleman, who was scheduled to accompany her. The Vice President will stay in the United States to aid the federal response efforts in California.
"She will remain in the United States to support the federal response in California," stated Press Secretary Ernesto Apreza.
