A federal jury in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has convicted Flint Donavan Luster, 36, for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Adam Bailey and Attila Bogdan.

U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson stated, "This investigation shows the collaborative effort of law enforcement working together to keep the citizens in our communities safe by keeping drugs off our streets."

The incident began in September 2023 when a Tulsa County Sheriff's deputy stopped Luster for a traffic violation. During the stop, it was discovered that the truck he was driving was stolen, leading to his arrest. A search of the vehicle revealed over 400 grams of methamphetamine.

Further evidence presented at trial included findings from a search warrant executed at Luster's residence. Authorities found cash, scales, firearms, and additional methamphetamine.

Luster is currently held in federal custody awaiting sentencing.

The investigation involved multiple agencies including the Drug Enforcement Administration, Payne County Sheriff’s Office, and Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office.
