The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced that users of the SENTRI lane need to update their information due to a change in license plates in Tamaulipas. This update is necessary for the smooth operation of the system.

Drivers using the SENTRI lane must present documentation verifying their new license plate number when crossing into the United States. After verification, they will be directed to the SENTRI office located at the Juárez-Lincoln Bridge to formalize the change.

Alternatively, updates can also be made through the official SENTRI CBP website at https://ttp.dhs.gov.

Keeping information updated is crucial for ensuring a swift and secure crossing. For more details, visit CBP's official website or contact the SENTRI office in Laredo at 956-523-7399 or reach out to Supervisor Karla Salinas at 956-523-7319.
