Marcus Edward Lee, a 33-year-old resident of McAlester, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to possessing material related to the sexual exploitation of minors. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced the plea.
According to the indictment, on or about May 20, 2024, Lee knowingly possessed visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. These materials were accessed from the internet with the intent to view them.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. U.S. Magistrate Judge Jason A. Robertson accepted Lee's plea in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma and ordered a presentence investigation report. Until sentencing, Lee will remain in custody under the supervision of the United States Marshals Service.
