Shruti Dube has been appointed as the UK Country Director at Meta, with her new role commencing in March 2025. This announcement follows Derya Matras's recent transition to Vice President for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Dube has been a significant part of Meta’s EMEA team for nearly ten years. Her previous roles include Group Vertical Director for the UK and Ireland and EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations Director. Before joining Meta, she worked at McKinsey & Company and Sequoia Capital, where she focused on strategy, innovation, and venture capital in the tech industry. She holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School and a dual degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
