Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Moms for Liberty, has taken on a new role as a visiting fellow at The Heritage Foundation. She will lead the foundation's Parental Rights Initiative, which aims to dismantle barriers between parents and their children and restore parental authority over upbringing, education, and care.
Justice plans to apply her successful state-focused strategy from Moms for Liberty on a national level. Her work with Heritage will focus on ending policies that undermine the parent-child bond, developing strategies using legal and grassroots efforts to reclaim parental authority, bringing together advocates to create momentum, and empowering parents with resources to regain control in their communities.
Justice previously served on the board of the School District of Indian River County in Florida before co-founding Moms for Liberty in 2021. The group has grown significantly with over 130,000 members across 300 chapters nationwide.
"Being a part of Moms for Liberty has been the honor of my life," Justice stated. "Partnering with Heritage on parental rights allows me to elevate the parental rights push beyond K-12 public schools."
Dr. Kevin Roberts from The Heritage Foundation expressed enthusiasm about Justice's new role: "I couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Tiffany Justice to The Heritage Foundation. Tiffany has been a tireless champion for American parents."
Andrew Olivastro, Chief Advancement Officer at Heritage, added: "Tiffany isn’t just joining our team—she’s leading a crusade... Our message to those who dare undermine parental rights is clear: ‘Our kids, our call.’"
This appointment marks a significant step in The Heritage Foundation's efforts to strengthen parental rights across the nation.
