Major League Soccer (MLS) will return to Apple TV next month as part of the ongoing partnership between Apple and MLS. Fans in over 100 countries can now subscribe to the MLS Season Pass, which offers access to every game without blackouts. The 2025 season begins on February 22, marking the third year of a decade-long collaboration between Apple and MLS. This season also sees the introduction of San Diego FC as the league's 30th team.
Eddy Cue, Apple's senior vice president of Services, stated that "MLS Season Pass delivers fans exactly what they want, connecting them with the game they love across all of their devices, with no blackouts." Don Garber, MLS commissioner, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership's future: "Our partnership with Apple has redefined how fans experience Major League Soccer."
The new season will feature Sunday Night Soccer, showcasing a game each week with enhanced production and dedicated programming. These games will be available for free streaming for Apple TV+ subscribers. Commentators Jake Zivin, Taylor Twellman, Andrew Wiebe, Sammy Sadovnik, and Diego Valeri will lead broadcasts in English and Spanish.
T-Mobile is offering its customers complimentary access to MLS Season Pass through T-Mobile Tuesdays starting February 18. Additionally, Comcast Xfinity customers can enjoy an integrated viewing experience and a free preview from February 22 to March 2.
DIRECTV customers can subscribe to MLS Season Pass via their satellite service and enjoy a free preview from February 22 to March 1. DIRECTV continues to provide exclusive rights for commercial establishments.
