Jack Dewayne Neugin, also known as Jackie Dewayne Neugin, a 56-year-old resident of Park Hill, Oklahoma, has been sentenced to 33 months in prison. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced the sentence for one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The investigation was conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service. Neugin pleaded guilty on September 5, 2024. According to investigators, he was found with 27.35 grams of methamphetamine on January 27, 2024, while being processed at the Cherokee County Jail. A portion of this substance was intended for distribution.
Chief U.S. District Judge Ronald A. White presided over the hearing in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Neugin will remain in custody under the U.S. Marshals Service until he is transported to a designated facility within the United States Bureau of Prisons system to serve his non-paroleable sentence.
