The Trump White House has declared a victory against the Associated Press. The administration emphasized its stance on media access to the President, stating that engaging with the President in the Oval Office and aboard Air Force One is "a privilege granted to journalists, not a legal right."
In a statement, the administration expressed its commitment to holding what it calls "Fake News" accountable for spreading false information. It also reiterated that President Trump will maintain an exceptional level of press access.
"This is the most transparent Administration in history," according to the statement from the White House.
