Laredo introduces email system for SENTRI participant updates

The Laredo Port of Entry SENTRI and Global Entry-designated enrollment facility has introduced a dedicated email inbox for participants to update their account information. This new feature aims to simplify the process for updating vehicle registration, license plates, insurance information, and documentation related to the interview process.

Port Director Alberto Flores stated, “We are committed to making the account update process as seamless as possible for our SENTRI participants. This dedicated inbox allows us to quickly and securely process requests, ensuring that participant information remains accurate and up to date.”

The introduction of this email service comes in response to recent changes by the Government of Mexico in Tamaulipas and other states regarding vehicle license plates, necessitating updates in SENTRI accounts. Participants are required to provide their application number or PassID number along with a valid telephone number when using this service. The goal is to enhance customer service, reduce processing times, and improve communication.

Participants can start using the inbox laredosentriandglobalentry@cbp.dhs.gov immediately for submissions. For additional information or concerns, they may contact the Laredo Enrollment Center at 956-523-7399.

Laredo Enrollment Center operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., located at 400 San Eduardo, Laredo, Texas 78040.
