Federal grand jury announces February indictments for various crimes

United States Attorney Clint Johnson has disclosed the outcomes of the February Federal Grand Jury 2024-B indictments. These indictments involve multiple individuals charged with various violations of U.S. law. It is important to note that an indictment serves as a formal accusation, and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Dylan Ray Alexander, 31, from Bartlesville and a member of the Cherokee Nation, faces charges for second-degree murder in Indian Country and using a firearm during a violent crime. The FBI, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and Bartlesville Police Department conducted the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Scott Dunn and Tara Heign are handling the prosecution.

Jeremiah Jacob Drake, 44, from Tulsa, is accused of producing child pornography and related offenses involving minors. Homeland Security Investigations and Tulsa Police Department investigated this case, which Assistant U.S. Attorney Ashley Robert is prosecuting.

Blake Alan Miller, 41, from Forrest City, Arkansas, is charged with aggravated sexual abuse of a minor under 12 years old in Indian Country. The FBI conducted the investigation while Assistant U.S. Attorney Kate Brandon prosecutes.

A group including Gabriel Urquiza-Urquiza; Daisy Villanueva; Javier Rodarte; Ricardo Plateado-Martinez; Rosa Maria Olmos; Rafael Gonzalez; Joel Rosales Pina faces numerous charges related to drug conspiracy and firearms trafficking among others.
