Huntington County man receives prison sentence for child pornography production

Gage Wagner, a 32-year-old man from Huntington County, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced to 200 months in prison for producing child pornography. The sentence was handed down by United States District Court Judge Jennifer P. Wilson on February 27, 2025.

Wagner had previously pleaded guilty to the charges against him. According to Acting United States Attorney John C. Gurganus, Wagner engaged in sexual contact with a 15-year-old minor over 100 times and used the minor to create images and videos of child pornography in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.

The investigation into Wagner's activities was conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Scott Ford led the prosecution of the case.

This case is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice aimed at combating child sexual exploitation and abuse. The project brings together federal, state, and local resources to locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who exploit children while also working to identify and rescue victims.
