A Jamestown man has been sentenced to 66 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. The U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced that Willie C. Graham, 44, received the sentence from U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Donna M. Duncan provided details of the case, stating that on September 6, 2023, Jamestown Police officers stopped a car where Graham was a passenger and found drug paraphernalia and approximately 29 grams of fentanyl on him.
On March 2, 2024, Graham was again a passenger in a vehicle that fled from law enforcement during an attempted traffic stop. A search revealed about 12 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and $1,134 in cash.
Graham was arrested by Jamestown Police on April 30, 2024. At the time of his arrest, he possessed approximately 53 grams of methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia and $185 in cash. He also had ten assorted bank and benefit cards not all issued to him.
The investigation leading to Graham's sentencing involved the Jamestown Police Department under Chief Timothy Jackson and the Federal Bureau of Investigation led by Special Agent-in-Charge Matthew Miraglia.
