U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently arrested Daniel Mendivil Esquer, a 38-year-old Mexican citizen, in Dulzura on March 6. Mendivil has a criminal record that includes possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and involvement in criminal street gang activities.
Currently, Mendivil is held in ICE custody as he awaits removal proceedings.
