U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has deported Leticia Caballero Guadarrama, a 53-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, marking her sixth removal from the United States. Caballero was deported on March 13 from the Montgomery Processing Center in Conroe, Texas, to the Laredo Port of Entry, where she was handed over to Mexican authorities.

Caballero has been repeatedly entering the U.S. illegally since July 2002 and has accumulated numerous convictions during her time in the country. Her offenses include six counts of driving while intoxicated and six counts of theft or larceny. Additionally, she has twice refused to provide identification to law enforcement.

ICE Houston Field Office Director Bret Bradford expressed his concerns regarding Caballero's repeated disregard for U.S. laws. "I have served in law enforcement for more than 30 years and few things surprise me," said Bradford. "But the level of disrespect that this criminal alien has shown for our system of laws and for the brave men and women who risk their lives every day to uphold those laws is shocking."

Bradford further highlighted how Caballero's actions have impacted communities by stating: "After repeatedly entering the country illegally and getting behind the wheel intoxicated, she has victimized hard-working Texans over and over again by stealing their money and property." He added that her actions not only endangered community safety but also resulted in wasted taxpayer-funded resources.
