Dominican men charged with drug trafficking conspiracy in Nashua

Three Dominican men were apprehended this morning for their alleged involvement in a conspiracy to distribute cocaine and crack cocaine in Nashua, as announced by Acting U.S. Attorney Jay McCormack.

Elizardo Escaria Delison, 32, Belisario Luis Delison, 49, and Rayddy Delison De Aza, 28, face charges of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances. They are scheduled to appear in federal court today.

The charging documents reveal that the defendants allegedly sold cocaine and crack cocaine to law enforcement on more than ten occasions during the conspiracy.

The Drug Enforcement Administration led the investigation with assistance from the Nashua Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Cesar Vega is handling the prosecution.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative aimed at combating illegal immigration and dismantling cartels and transnational criminal organizations. The operation integrates resources from the Department’s Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETFs) and Project Safe Neighborhood (PSN).

It is important to note that these allegations are contained in charging documents, and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
