Hegseth to attend Central American Security Conference and visit Eglin AFB

The meetings aim to bolster ongoing efforts to fortify partnerships with Panama and other Central American countries, aligning towards a mutual goal of maintaining peace and security in the Western Hemisphere.

Following his visit to Panama, Secretary Hegseth will travel to Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) in Florida. There, he plans to connect with service members and engage with the command leadership at the 7th Special Forces Group.
