Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth attended a virtual meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group (UDCG), which was led by the United Kingdom and Germany. The meeting, held on April 11, included ministers of defense and chiefs of defense from nearly 50 countries.
According to Chief Pentagon Spokesman Sean Parnell, the participants discussed the progress towards achieving a lasting peace in the ongoing war in Ukraine. European nations are at the forefront of efforts to support Ukraine's defense.
