As Passover is celebrated across the United States and worldwide, Chairman Moolenaar has issued a statement highlighting the ongoing struggle for religious freedom.
"This Passover, Jews around the world will celebrate their ancestors’ Exodus from slavery and oppression. Sadly, Jews in China will not be able to openly do the same," stated the Chairman. He emphasized that "The Chinese Communist Party has done everything it can to drive Jewish religious expression in China underground and out of the public square."
Chairman Moolenaar highlighted what he describes as part of the CCP’s "Sinicization of Religion" campaign, aimed at persecuting followers of all faiths and depriving the Chinese people of their freedom of religion. He contrasted this with the freedoms in the United States, noting, "Our nation’s freedoms and founding principles are a beacon of hope to people around the world, and they set us apart from the CCP and its attacks on religion."
He concluded with a hopeful note, asserting, "In the competition between America and the CCP, freedom will be the victor."
