Diquan Hall, a 26-year-old resident of Syracuse, has been sentenced to 110 months in federal prison. He was convicted for distributing fentanyl and methamphetamine. This sentence was announced by United States Attorney John A. Sarcone III and Bryan Miller, Special Agent in Charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
Hall had entered a guilty plea, admitting to selling fentanyl and methamphetamine in the Syracuse area during January and February of 2024. In addition to the prison term, Senior United States District Judge Glenn T. Suddaby mandated that Hall will be on supervised release for four years once he is released from prison.
The investigative work on this case was conducted by the ATF, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the Syracuse Police Department Intelligence Division, and the New York Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Nicolas Commandeur, with former Assistant U.S. Attorney Richard Southwick also participating in the prosecution.
