A man in Boston, identified as Cess Frazier, aged 32, has been charged with receipt of child pornography following his arrest at his residence. Frazier was brought before the federal court in Boston and is held pending a hearing on May 1, 2025.
The charges stem from an investigation into the dissemination of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which allegedly revealed Frazier's purchase of such materials. A search of his mobile device reportedly uncovered about 100 media files containing CSAM stored in Telegram Messenger. The minors in these files are said to be between three and 10 years old.

Final sentences are determined by a federal district court judge based on U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and relevant statutes.
The announcement was made by United States Attorney Leah B. Foley and FBI Acting Special Agent in Charge James Crowley of the Boston Division. The Boston Police Department provided significant assistance, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Allegra Flamm is handling the prosecution.
